DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Tasleeh is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to the Tasleeh Web Application and all Users of our Services who access the Tasleeh Web Application. Please read the following the privacy policy which explains how we use and protect your information.

Terms defined in the terms and conditions of the Tasleeh Web Application shall have the same meanings when used herein.

By visiting and/or booking Services on the Tasleeh Web Application, you agree and where required you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information as set out in this policy.

1. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU

1.1. When you access the Tasleeh Web Application you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, contact details and payment information such as credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of the Tasleeh Web Application and information about you or related to you from the messages you post through the Tasleeh Web Application, from inspection of equipment and fittings at your premises and from any other communications to us including messages sent to us by e-mail, mobile messages or letters you send to us.

1.2. By accessing the Tasleeh Web Application using mobile devices including mobile telephones, tablets or other devices/technology including mobile applications, Tasleeh may collect technical information from your mobile device or your use of our Services through a mobile device, for example, location data and certain characteristics of, and performance data about your device, carrier/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods, interaction with other retail technology such as use of NFC Tags, QR Codes or use of mobile vouchers.

1.3. When you use Tasleeh mobile or Web Application to upload resources like images, audio files and videos, we may collect the images, audio files and videos you upload and any associated metadata and save it in our server. We use these images, audio files and videos for analytic purpose. User images, audio files and videos can also be shared with technicians for functional purpose. The app will be accessing your device storage to upload these above mentioned resources.

1.4 In connection with our AI-enabled features, we collect text inputs, prompts, AI-generated responses, and related interaction logs. This processing is carried out within Tasleeh’s controlled infrastructure solely to provide real-time responses. AI interaction logs are retained only for a limited period necessary for system functionality and are deleted on a regular basis in accordance with our data retention practices. Furthermore, personal data is not used for training AI models.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

2.1. Your information will enable us to provide you with access to the relevant parts of the Tasleeh Web Application and to supply the Services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning our Services. We also use and analyze the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business, for any other purpose whether statistical or analytical and to help us prevent fraud.

2.2. We may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the Tasleeh Web Application or our Services.

2.3. Where you have indicated accordingly, you agree that we may use your information to let you know about our other products and services that may be of interest to you including services that may be the subject of direct marketing and we may contact you to do so through the Tasleeh Web Application or by any other means including by telephone, mobile messaging or by e-mail.

2.4. We share your information only with specific third parties as necessary to provide our Services. These include:

• Payment Processing: We use TAP (Tap Payments) as our third-party payment gateway. When you make a payment, your credit/debit card information is provided directly to TAP. Tasleeh does not store or process any card details on its servers. The use of your data by TAP is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
• Service Providers: We share your name, contact number, and address with our authorized service providers and technicians solely to enable them to reach your premises and perform the Services you have requested.

We ensure that these third parties provide the same or equal protection of your information as set out in this policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

2.5. Please note that by submitting comments and feedback regarding the Tasleeh Web Application and the Services, you consent to us to use such comments and feedback on the Tasleeh Web Application and in any marketing or advertising materials. We will only identify you for this purpose by your first name and the city in which you reside.

3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND AUTOMATION

3.1. Tasleeh utilizes AI systems, including AI-powered chatbots and automation features, to assist users in obtaining information and to support operational efficiency. When you interact with these features, you will be informed that you are interacting with an AI system. AI-generated responses may be automated or semi-automated.

3.2. Training vs. Inference: By default, data processed through customer-facing AI features is used only for real-time inference (generating a response for you). We do not use your personal data to train or fine-tune our AI models unless the data has been fully anonymized or we have obtained your explicit authorization.

3.3. Human Oversight: While AI may recommend or initiate certain actions within predefined rules, high-impact or sensitive decisions are subject to human review and oversight. You have the right to request human intervention if an AI-assisted decision affects you.

3.4. AI Hosting and Data Processing: Tasleeh’s AI systems are powered by open-source models deployed on locally managed hardware operated and controlled by Tasleeh. We do not use third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar services) to process user data. No personal data is transmitted to any external AI provider.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

4.1. The information you provide to us is stored on secure servers hosted by OVH cloud infrastructure and on locally managed hardware operated by Tasleeh. All data processing is conducted under Tasleeh’s control.

4.2. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of such data in accordance with this privacy policy. Tasleeh will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

4.3. If you have consented, we may allow carefully selected third parties, including marketing and advertising companies, our affiliates and associates, to contact you occasionally about services that may be of interest to you. If you change your mind about being contacted by these entities in the future, please let us know by amending your profile accordingly.

4.4. In the event of an M&A Transaction, your information may be disclosed to the relevant counterparties, their owners, officers and their advisors. This includes any transaction or proposed transaction in connection to the sale of shares, merger, or division of Tasleeh.

4.5. We may use the information that you provide to us if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation; or in order to enforce the Terms, or to protect the rights of Tasleeh or others.

5. SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

5.1. We take steps to protect your information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will keep your information for a reasonable period or if the law requires.

5.2. Where you have chosen a password, which allows you to access certain parts of the Tasleeh Web Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

5.3. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Tasleeh Web Application; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the right to delete your account at any time through the Tasleeh Web Application settings. Upon requesting account deletion, your data (including AI interaction logs) will be deactivated and retained for a period of 30 days. During this window, you may contact us if you wish to cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our databases, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.
